Never apologize for who you are, your beliefs, religion, and choices in your life you made because you believes it all was right at the time, so what if man judges you, we weren't created to be the same. You have your own way of doing things. Be yourself without others negative feedback discouraging you.
These were the wise words of my Aunt Deb. These few words really spoke to me today. I am 19 years old and by this time next year I will be getting married, and there is nothing that I want more right now. I feel like I am doing the right thing for me. Yet everyone else does not think its a good idea. My friends all will tell me they are happy to my face but then make little comments about it like " your throwing your life away" and "you should really wait like 5 years." I cant not tell you how annoying it is to hear those things coming from my friends. So i have decided today that I'm not going to worry about what everyone else thinks. I know I'm making the right decision for me.
I like it, you should do what you want. No one besides you know how you feel about the guy or the situation. Live life to its fullest also know as, do what you want.

Marriage, huh? Thought this out thoroughly? This is a time to be focusing on school so that we can get good jobs and beat out the foreign competition. As long as you aren't planning on having any children for a while, it shouldnt be a problem though, just be careful. I have 2 female cousins both in their early-mid 20s who had to drop out of college because they had children.

ReplyDeleteWoww, Congrats! I know it may not matter, but I am genuinely happy for you. Marriage is a BEAUTIFUL thing! I totally disagree with your friends. Why wait 5 years if you already know thats the love of your life? In the older days (like before we where even thought of, lol) people were getting married as young as 12. I don't agree with being married at 12, but 19 is a legal age and you're old enough to make your own choices! Screw everybody else. Do what makes you smile girl!
